How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

We will conduct a comprehensive assessment of you, which will allow us to build a plan for you. One that will work with your lifestyle, work and family. You become a part of our community and more than a client.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend??

Dumbbells are essential and some bands will help as well. But for our online training, we can provide workouts that you can do with little to no equipment or that you can do at the Big Box Gym.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

We do charge extra for the meal plan service. It includes a shopping list, a meal plan for you that is modeled for you goals, your output and your lifestyle. We will ensure you are meeting your targets and adjust as necessary.

How do I know you are the right trainer for me?

We like to say that we have a trainer for everyone. Nikki, Yosmine, George or Ted.
